"I believe in a specialized, caring and conservative treatment approach and am beyond excited to welcome you to my office!"

With over 15 years of work experience with children and individuals with special needs,  Dr. Jess followed her passion in choosing to specialize in pediatric dentistry after receiving her degree in dentistry. Originally from Arizona, Dr. Jess has a large extended family in the Chicago area and grew up loving her frequently visits and is now happy to call Chicago home. She earned a B.S. degree in Physiology at the University of Arizona, a D.D.S. degree at Creighton School of Dentistry and completed specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Following residency she went on to complete her board certification and is a current Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. After practicing pediatric dentistry in the Chicago area for 5 years, Dr. Jess decided to open a practice of her own. With her vision of a modern, kid-friendly dental practice focused on delivering superior patient and parent experiences combined with her conservative treatment philosophy and experience, Dr. Jess looks forward to creating long lasting relationships and smiles with all of her patients.

In addition to her practice, Dr. Jess is involved in philanthropy, her community and an active member of several dental societies. She has taught as an adjunct clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in the department of pediatric dentistry, working with residents at the Infant Welfare Clinic, and is on staff at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital. Her professional affiliations include; American Board of Pediatric Dentistry College of Diplomates, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, the American Dental Association and the executive board of the Arcolian Dental Arts Society.

When she's not at work making kids smile, Dr. Jess enjoys gardening, biking, and yoga. She has a big heart for animals and has lots of company at home with her rescue dogs Molly and Olive as well as three chickens Rose, Blanche and Sophia. She is an associate board member for SitStayRead, a nonprofit organization where she even gets to bring her dog Molly along to help provide literacy programs for low-income students in Chicago Public Schools.
