INSURANCE AND MEMBERSHIP PLANS

• We accept all PPO dental insurance plans and will always do our best to verify your coverage prior to your appointment. For patients that have dental insurance, most often routine visits and cleanings are covered under the preventive coverage of their plan. However, since insurance coverage varies widely between employers and specific plans we recommend calling our office with your insurance information so we can provide you with a free verification of insurance benefits. This will allow us to give you the best estimate of any out of pocket costs.

• Because insurance can be confusing and often lacking we developed our own memberships plans below to take away some of the fine print. No maximums, no deductibles or exclusions - simple.
